30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or personal care products
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and select health products
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or software
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Returns requested after 30 days
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Missing Refunds?
If you don’t see your refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your card provider—sometimes posting takes time.
- Reach out to your bank for possible delays.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once we get your return.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.
- Customers cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).
- If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
- For valuable items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt without it.
